The Australian Trades College WA is an independent Senior Secondary College, Registered Training Organisation and Group Training Company delivering trade training, specialist training and employment. ATC Group Training is a registered Group Training organisation which operates from the Australian Trades College WA (ATC WA), in Armadale and Maddington, in the South-east of Perth.
ATC Group Training is seeking to employ an additional Field Officer to join our dynamic and committed team. As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for:
• Identifying new placements;
• Recruitment and management of trainees and apprentices;
• Placement of apprentices in work and work experience;
• Maintaining host relationships;
• Conducting regular site visits;
• Meeting sign-up targets and KPI’s;
• Collecting field activity data;
• Maintaining accurate records, and
• Managing and supporting apprentices and trainees to successfully complete their training program.
To succeed in this role, you will have the desire and ability to market and seek out new host employer opportunities, have effective liaison skills and the desire to provide high-level support to trainees, apprentices and host employers. You will be responsible and have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a team.
You will be required to apply for a Working with Children Card and National Police Certificate and provide two work related referees. Experience in group training, recruitment, human resources, labour hire, training or related industries would be an advantage. Company vehicle will be provided and generous leave provisions apply to this position.
