Consider becoming a host employer with ATC Group Training
The benefits of being a Host Employer include:
FLEXIBITY - Host Employers are not locked into a long term fixed contract. Apprentices can be rotated if a host employer is unable to provide trade training for an entire trade qualification.
WORK READY APPRENTICES – Host Employers have access to well rounded apprentices who are available to start work immediately.
WORK EXPERIENCE – ATC Group Training has a structured work experience program that assists host employers to find a suitable apprentice.
COST EFFECTIVE – There are no administration or recruitment costs. There is also no cost to the host employer when the apprentice is sick, on annual leave, on public holidays, or undertaking off-the-job training at the Australian Trades College WA.
PASTORAL CARE – ATC Group Training has two full-time counsellors who monitor the progress of Apprentices both at the College and on work placements.
TAILORED TRAINING PLANS – Off the job training plans can be customised to suite your workplace practices.
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT – Host Employers have access to a full-time Employment and Training Coordinator who is responsible for managing any workplace related issues that may arise.
